We are extremely proud of all the clinicians we have supporting our residents and helping to lead our services. Thank you all for your commitment to making a difference.
This category recognises an individual who in addition to their clinical responsibilities has championed and developed their service. Each day they demonstrate their dedication to, and advocacy for, the people we support.

Week 3: Support Worker of the Year 2019
We are delighted to announce the winner in the category, “Support Worker of the Year 2019”.
This category celebrates the vital input of our Support Workers in facilitating the effective delivery of high-quality support across our services.

Week 2: Team Leader of the Year 2019
It is always a privilege to read the nominations in this category and every Team Leader should be extremely proud of the role they play in delivering an outstanding service to our residents.
Each Team Leader nominated encompasses the Northern Healthcare values; continually going the extra mile for their service and leading their team by example.
In fact, the nominations in this category were so strong that we couldn’t recognise just one individual as our Team Leader of the Year 2019. Congratulations to Mark Brooks, Montgomery House and Hayley Matthews, Hyde Park House!
Week 1: Children in Need Fundraiser of the Year 2019
