Celebrating Our Shining Stars at the Northern Healthcare Awards

Winners, directors and attendees of the Northern Healthcare Awards

The Northern Healthcare Awards on March 5th, 2025, was a day to remember, all about celebrating the incredible contributions of our teams and the inspiring individuals we support. This year, our theme was Northern Lights – a perfect tribute to our shining stars who go above and beyond every day. Held at Cloud 23 in Manchester city centre, with breathtaking skyline views, the event was a celebration of dedication, compassion, and teamwork.

From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere was alive with excitement. Northern Lights-inspired decorations, a Magic Mirror photo booth, and a warm welcome set the stage for a memorable afternoon. Whilst enjoying a delicious lunch, attendees reconnected and anticipated the moment we had all been waiting for – the awards ceremony!

Honouring Our Shining Stars

As the awards began, our CEO, Nicola Forshaw, recognised each finalist’s efforts.

Your hard work, dedication, and ability to go above and beyond have not gone unnoticed. Every single one of you deserves this accolade, and whether you take home an award or not, please know that you are valued and appreciated. Today is about you – about the remarkable contributions you make and the passion you bring to your roles. Thank you for all that you do!”

Following Nicola’s heartfelt thanks, our guest speaker – actor and co-founder of the Once Upon a Smile charity – Danny Miller took to the stage along with all our directors to present trophies, stunning bouquets, and well-earned recognition to our winners.
