Macmillan has been supporting Samantha and her family throughout the treatment process, and Samantha wanted to attend the coffee morning to show her support.
The residents also invited their family members, and everyone had a lovely morning enjoying games of bingo, guess how many sweets in the jar, and taking part in a raffle. There was also a selection of cakes and treats on sale, made by our team and residents throughout the week in the lead up to the coffee morning.
Overall, the coffee morning raised an amazing £265 for Macmillan – a big thank you to everyone involved in the coffee morning, and a special thank you to Samantha for allowing us to share her story.
