We are an independent provider of supported living services for adults who require support due to a mental health diagnosis, learning disability or autism.
We support over two hundred amazing adults across the UK in all aspects of their daily lives and mental health recovery.

Currently, our services are based across the North West, Cumbria, Yorkshire and the Midlands but we’re rapidly expanding so watch this space.

We wanted to put some faces to names and introduce you to our two key Recruitment contacts.
Amanda Newton-Leadbeater is our Recruitment Manager and joined us in January 2024.
Amanda has worked in recruitment for over twenty years and is loving every minute of her role at NHC.
She currently lives in Altrincham with her husband, is a self-confessed foodie and loves nothing more than reading a book on the beach.
Sara Snowdon is our Recruitment Coordinator and started with NHC last month.
Sara joined us from Ideal Care Homes and has been working in the Care Industry since 2020 – she is currently completing her CIPD Level 5.
Sara likes to keep busy with her two children, a dog, turtles, a hamster, cats and fish. In her spare time, she likes to go ghost hunting which has been a passion for the last ten years.
Last week, our Recruitment Team unveiled the brand new careers website.
Created to improve the user experience, it will streamline the Northern Healthcare recruitment process and make it much easier to hire the right people.
