The Great British Care Awards celebrate excellence across the care sector. With twenty one award categories, they pay tribute to organisations and individuals who demonstrate outstanding excellence in their field of work.
Milnshaw House, our supported living service in Accrington, is a regional finalist in ‘The Three ‘R’s’ category. This category recognises organisations and individuals who have adopted an innovative approach to Recruitment, Retention and Recognition.
They are looking for examples of strategies that recruit on values, promote diversity and inclusion, value and recognise excellence in the workplace and retain a highly motivated and skilled workforce.
Our team is looking forward to celebrating at the North West gala in November, where the winners will be announced.
