Nicola brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role and is excited to lead and support our organisation through the next exciting chapter.
Nicola will be visiting our services over the next few weeks to meet all our residents and team members.
Nicola brings with her over twenty-five years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector and a proven history of excellence in service delivery and organisational growth. Her leadership, experience, and profound dedication to our sector are unmistakably evident through the pivotal roles she has undertaken.
Nicola joined Lifeways Community Care in 2013 as Operations Director, subsequently advancing to the positions of Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Nicola demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, overseeing operations across multiple sites, and supporting over 4,400 individuals, while managing a large team of 8,000 operational colleagues. Her responsibilities encompassed a diverse service portfolio, including supported living, mental health, complex care and autism, high acuity/specialist support, nursing/clinical, and residential services.
Nicola’s leadership acumen extends to her role as Executive Lead for the Group Services Directorate, where she effectively managed various teams and played a crucial role in leading the ‘Residential Transformation and Change Workstream.’
