Olton Grange in Solihull is a 24/7 supported living service for people living with a mental health diagnosis, learning disability, or autism.
Located in Olton Village the service has 18 ensuite rooms and 2 self-contained flats. Communal areas include a fully equipped kitchen and garden.
The people we support benefit from ‘The Northern Healthcare model supported living’, with 24/7 support onsite and input from our multi-disciplinary team.
The team provide 24/7 support for people with a variety of mental health conditions. Individuals come to us from a number of different pathways; they may need greater ‘step down’ support following a period in an acute hospital or forensic service. Our experienced multi-disciplinary team help the people we support to achieve their next steps, from simple tasks such as cooking and budgeting to longer-term goals such as gaining employment.

Throughout her career, Erika has continually embraced opportunities to learn and grow, deepening her understanding of the sector's evolving landscape. She is equally dedicated to sharing her knowledge and experience with peers, promoting collaboration and development across teams.
Staff knew people well and recognised the value of person-centred care. This meant people’s support was individual and personalised to their needs and preferences.
