24-hour support
Our teams are on hand - day and night, 24/7/365, providing safety and security. There is always someone there to listen to any issue no matter how small.
We work collaboratively with commissioners, health and social care workers and the families and friends of the people we support to build networks around the individual in our care. These support partnerships are vital in helping each individual to reach their goals, reduce the risk of relapse and to optimise and support their recovery journey.

Our multi-disciplinary team includes experienced Mental Health Support Workers, a Registered Mental Health Nurse and a Registered Learning Disability Nurse. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy sessions are also available and additional clinical input is available if required. Each care plan is unique, some of the people we support may require more clinical input than others and this is regularly reviewed.
Our robust support technology ensures appropriate risk is managed and enables our teams to spend less time conducting administrative task and more time with the individuals we support.
Our services are first and foremost homes for the people we support. We empower and support individuals to take responsibility for managing their tenancy and take pride in making their space their own. Each individual has a lease agreement with an independent housing association and our team help with administrative tasks, such as applying for housing benefit.
